Free 5-Year Warranty
Vitalograph Ltd offers a free 5Year Warranty on most new devices, providing that your routine annual maintenance service is carried out each year by our own technicians. Any failure on your Vitalograph device* will be repaired free of charge at our Buckingham service centre, up to 5 years from date of purchase. Servicing by anyone other than Vitalograph will void this warranty.
* Excepting accidental / transit damage or inappropriate use of the device.

Options available:
I. Book each service annually. We will send a Booking/Reminder Form for you to complete and return. We then contact you to arrange an appointment.
2. Purchase all annual services in advance to guarantee the full 5 years and we will fix prices at the current rate, giving inflationary protection discount and costs for your future budget allocation. Additionally, on disposal of the device, we can recycle it and offer you a good trade-in discount
Planned Preventive Maintenance
Quality assurance guidelines recommend that all measuring equipment be kept in good working order through routine maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
Certificates of calibration must be traceable to National Standards.
To avoid time consuming breakdowns and ensure that the measurements you are using to diagnose and monitor patients is accurate by having your equipment serviced at least once a year.
Vitalograph annual service plans are available on-site and in-house. We can arrange for our technician to come to your premises and service your equipment, or the device can be sent to our Buckingham office where we will service it and return it to you, normally within 3 working days from receipt.
